Positives are: 1) facilities are decent (gym is good, cycling bikes available), and well maintained. 2) parking can be expensive (200 odd a month) but there's no obligation to park in the building of course - i believe there are some cheaper parking spots nearby 3) oh and its extremely hard to get hold of the leasing team by phone/email - but you can always find them in person at their office. Also folks can also be reserving elevators for their move-in, which compounds the problem. been here for a couple of months now, am enjoying it so far.īiggest complaints would be: 1) elevator can go down for long periods sometimes, and this is annoying since the building is 35 stories high and having 1 of 3 elevators malfunction just means wait times can be up to >5mins.
